- I am obtaining further education, how can I request a copy of my transcripts?
Note: The University of Oxford historically had not provided transcripts until 2007. Prior to 2007, the School provided transcripts to MBA/MFE students upon request. Now, the University of Oxford provides official transcripts to all matriculated alumni.
MBA/MFE Students on courses BEFORE 2007-2008: Copies of School transcripts can be provided by the Saïd Business School. Please supply an address to which they can be posted. We can also send them on your behalf to another institution, for example if you are applying for another course. There is no charge for this service. Please email your request and destination address for MBA transcripts to:
allison.lambourn@sbs.ox.ac.uk and for MFE transcripts to: susan.barrington@sbs.ox.ac.uk. Official University transcripts are not available for courses starting before 2007.
MBA/MFE Students on courses from 2007-2008 onwards: Transcripts can be provided by the School (as above) but it’s recommended you apply for your
official University transcript.
- How do I order a printed copy of my degree certificate to hang on my office wall?
You may only
apply for a certificate if you have attended a formal graduation ceremony or had your name read out. Degree certificates are not provided by the School, but are coordinated by your College.
If you have not yet formally graduated (i.e. your degree has not been formally conferred) you should contact your College to arrange your degree ceremony.
- How can my potential employer confirm I received my degree from Oxford?
The Saïd Business School is unable to confirm your degree obtainment for prospective employers. This must be done via the University’s Degree Conferrals Office. They will respond to requests for information on educational attainments from employers or prospective employers or from other educational institutions, funding bodies or recognised voluntary organisations. Information may include, for example, confirmation of degree awarded, and dates of attendance, subjects studied.
However, the information will not be provided unless the request is made in writing (including email and fax). Appropriate requests will receive a response within seven working days. Visit the
University’s Degree Conferrals Office.
