Join Oxford University's official alumni society
09/06/2010
OBA Network members are eligible to join the wider University’s Oxford University Society (OUS), the official alumni society of the University of Oxford. Membership in OUS offers a wide range of benefits and services for all Oxford alumni upon course completion, with two categories of membership.
The two categories of membership are:
Full: this is open to all matriculated undergraduate and graduate students upon completion of their course and expiry of their University student card
Associate: this is open to non-matriculated students after graduation, including those who have taken an open programme Executive Education course, lasting four days or more, at the Saïd Business School
The University of Oxford Alumni Office provides members with:
• an Oxford Alumni/Friend Card, which has access to a great range of discounts and services, as well as identifying you as a member of the Oxford alumni community
• a varied events programme, in the UK and overseas, including the new professional networking events series
• opportunities to support current students and University alumni initiatives
• access to a range of regional, volunteer-run, Oxford alumni branches
• ways to keep up to date with University news and activities, including the monthly ePidge online newsletter and the award-winning magazine, Oxford Today
The OUS is free and easy to join. If you are a current alumna or alumnus and have not yet joined, visit www.alumni.ox.ac.uk to see what's on offer and register for your Alumni Card.
If you are a current student and will be finishing your course soon, go to the dedicated ‘finalists’ section of the alumni website to find out more about becoming an alumna or alumnus of the Oxford, including benefits and services available to you at www.alumni.ox.ac.uk_finalists. If you haven’t received a University Leavers’ pack, including your Oxford Alumni Card, a Leavers' Handbook and a copy of Oxford Today magazine, you can request one via this site.
